It is important to note that our property managers are unable to issue keys early or grant access to the property in advance of the allocated tenancy start date. Relating examples of this would be moving boxes to the garage to start the moving process earlier, or a removal truck company would need to enter the garage a few days in advance. Due to the relevant legal provisions and security reasons, we cannot release any keys prior to the lease commencement date.
